SMS Notifications, Alerts, and Promotions
Elements of Restoration LLC may send texts to people who have opted in. Service and customer care texts cover inquiries, appointments, estimates, and restoration updates. Promotional texts cover offers and service news. You provide express consent by selecting one or both separate, unchecked, optional boxes on our SMS opt-in form and submitting it with your phone number. You may choose either category, both, or neither. Entering a phone number or submitting the form without selecting a box does not give SMS consent. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Canceling SMS and Getting Help
If you receive SMS messages from us, you can cancel at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. We will send a final SMS confirming your opt-out, then stop sending messages from that number unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit the opt-in form again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].
Rates, Frequency, and Delivery
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
